Your role
Lead the development, modernization, monitoring, and management of all large B2B structured accounts in alignment with the division’s strategy. You’re mainly responsible for B2B direct & indirect key account(s) portfolio strategy & growth; and for Team Management of the NAMs, Turnover & Customer P&L’s.
Your responsibilities
- Leading the commercial team (NAMs & KAMs): Motivate, animate and train the team towards key account excellence & modernization, to maintain & develop the business spirit, the desire to conquer (generate new business and customers) and the collaborative dynamic within the team
- Develop the commercial strategy of strategic accounts (chains) channel & indirect key account(s) channel, considering their specificities while being consistent with the omnichannel commercial strategy and brand objectives
- Develop the profitability of str. account portfolio aligned with the Zone commercial policy frame & the division RGM strategy
- Define the annual framework for negotiations with the NAMs & KAMs in the interest of all the circuits and brands of the division, working in consistency with the previous agreements and achievement of objectives. Define commercial means, manage and arbitrate budgets and resource allocation
- Build the budget (sales forecasts, negotiation budget, promotional budget, sell out)
- Reflect and implement specific change projects in different areas such as supply chain, merchandising, data exchange and digital
- Establish a close link with all the commercial teams in the division
- Act as guarantor of the good communication and the share of voice of the service
- Animate & develop metrically the B2B activation team by participating to the definition of their objectives and building a collaborative dynamic with KAM and the activation & return on investment of joint business plans
- Coordinate & animate international key accounts with the zone : top to top organization, international agreement implementation
Your competencies
- Strong leadership and team management, capability to inspire, motivate, and manage senior sales teams, fostering collaboration and driving key account management excellence
- Strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of commercial strategy that aligns with the division omnichannel goals, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Extensive financial acumen and analytical skills, proficiency in budgeting, planning, and analysis to ensure profitability and (ROI) cost management
- Negotiation skills with a strong culture of counterparts and agreements favorable to the business while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Strong knowledge of B2B ecosystems, deep understanding of the B2B market dynamics, customer needs and competitors, allowing for proactive and informed decision-making and new business acceleration.
Our ideal candidate
- Has at least 10 years of experience in commercial roles
- Speaks fluent English, and Dutch or French
- Is flexible to frequently travel to Belgium
