What you’ll do:

        Support and handle Brands’ loyalty program and CRM activities for repeat purchase and retention

        Partner strongly with brand teams (marketing & commercial) to collaborate on CRM communications and membership program management

        Provide CRM analysis and insights on customer behaviors, use data to automate CRM activities and provide relevancy to one-to-one personalization

        Take part in the Automation & Customer Journey Management (CRM communications set up & lifecycles development on both Salesforce +Wechat)

        Act as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test CRM and tech initiatives

        Involve in Salesforce demand orchestration for the division across brands

Who we are looking for:

·       2+ years of relevant experience in CRM marketing and analytics, preferably in retail or consumer industries

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Have a strong understanding and passion for the customer experience

·       Previous experience within CRM and creating customer segmentations, selections & follow ups

·       Experience in using data to find insights and create relevant customer communication

·       Proactive and motivated by KPIs and reaching goals

·       Love to connect the teams and tasks

·       Fluent in English and Chinese
