-          Create business planning and customer simulation

-          Provide data analysis and business insight in depth to support fulfilling brand strategy and business target.

-          Develop regular and ad-hoc reporting

-          Support cross functions for their data requests.

-          Manage customer research

O+O and innovation

-          Initiate innovative projects with Corp and division CDO team to explore new approaches for CRM.

-          Develop O+O strategy including Omni-channel customer engagement, CRM media retargeting, etc.

Touch point management

-          Develop CRM tool with friendly features to support operations

-          Build and optimize CRM system and BI platforms in collaboration with IT teams.


-          Strategic thinking and detailed execution. Strong business and data sense.

-          Good will of learning and quick learning. Be agile. Good at communication

-          Has basic technical knowledge

-          Prefer brand CRM experience. Digital capability is a plus.
