Your mission…
As the Business Planner, you will be working with a team of Key Account Managers analyzing our sales plans and influence data driven decision-making across our major accounts. The role reports to the Nordic Channel Sales Director for the Food, Discount and Variety channel, working in close co-operation with our Operations team in Copenhagen.
You will...
- Review, evaluate and challenge Key Account Managers baseline, promo and launch forecast construction
- Weekly and monthly monitoring of sell-in, sell-out and stock in trade data with purpose of optimizing account planning
- Promo performance analysis and impact to baseline estimates (uplift, cannibalization)
- Support commercial and finance teams during budget and trend construction
- Defend forecast construction in front of key stakeholders and top management
- Responsible for sales analysis reports and their continuous development
- Key user of commercial forecasting system
- Secure compliance with business planning good practices and contribute to process optimization with strong focus on forecast accuracy
- Relay of crucial information between Nordic Supply Chain and Sales teams
- Close collaboration with Operations, Finance, Marketing and other departments within the company
Your profile...
- You have a strong analytical mind-set and very good communication skills
- You have an eye for detail and a structured way of working
- You have previous work experience in sales, operations or logistics, preferably in a FMCG company
- You have a university degree in business, supply chain or any other relevant field
- You are skilled in using sales analysis tools and an experienced user in Excel and preferably Power BI
- You are fluent in English, both orally and in written, Scandinavian language is considered as an advantage
