Business Intelligence Manager
LUXE Division
We except that you succeed in:
- Monitoring and market projection based on sell out data, market research, digital activities and input from Regional Coordinators;
- Planning LUXE Division’s business through preparation of detailed commercial planning, commercial forecasts/files, process of sell-out reports;
- Preparing business analyses with conclusions related to reporting area;
- Creating presentations related to Division’s commercial strategy;
- Leading the Forecast Preparation Meeting;
- Planning & analytical support for LUXE Commercial Director HUB.
- Cross-reference data from the sales force, market studies (internal and external) and marketing in order to have a comprehensive overall understanding of the business.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Min. 5 years of experience as business analyst and sales planner in an international organization;
- High discipline in work planning;
- Strategic thinking skills and proposing business solutions approach based on analyzes;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Great knowledge and experience of working in Power BI;
- Perfect knowledge of excel, pivot tables and power point;
- Ability to create transparent sales reports, charts and dashboards based on analytical data;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Polish.
