The Business Analyst multi-division is responsible for KPI tracking and deploying tools for business analysis. You will contribute to improve business performance by providing insight from data analysis.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure month end closing is done on time in full via following Group guidelines and calendar for Multi Divisions. Streamline and automate monthly closing tasks to improve efficiency
- Lead the budget process of Selling General & Administrative expenses. Define Risks and Opportunities and ensure mitigation action plans are in place. Analyze actual vs budget performance
- Manage reporting calendar preparation and follow up via strongly collaborating with Finance stakeholders
- Create sustainable/insightful analyze tools for big data management of Multi Division P&L
- Prepare management presentation decks and analyses (routine/adhoc) to facilitate business reviews with insightful comments
- Track and improve operational excellence KPIs (like Pay On Time, Reporting Quality, …) for Multi Divisonal Finance organization
- Application Owner: support in optimization of group tools (MyMarket, BPM, Sharepoint, etc)
Are you our ideal candidate?
- Masters's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (Microsoft office, Power BI is essential for this role. Knowledge of SQL, Python and SAP would be a plus)
- 2+ years of experience with relevant filed
