We are looking for an exceptional National Training Manager who will be responsible for delivering the education and engagement strategy for the Be Luxe business, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute an exceptional experience and learning environment covering the portfolio of brands in Be Luxe. Reporting into the  Be Luxe National Retail & Education Director, they will pioneer new collaborative ways of working between the brands and Be Luxe teams, and will be a key part of achieving the business units strategic goals. 
You will have genuine excitement and love for our brands, luxury retail and exceptional customer experiences to ensure we are winning together. 
Highlights of the role: 
Be the go to expert of the Be Luxe portfolio of brands  

Have a passion for your people – as part of a growing portfolio, when not training, you will also spend time in store coaching and developing Beauty Consultants with a focus on development of service and commercial skill sets 

Create and develop the Education and engagement strategy with the Retail Director for Be Luxe 

Support the field team in the education and coaching strategies in their stores and teams.  

Development and delivery of training modules/tools/materials to support and execute the Be Luxe training program 

Collaborate with Brand Educators to ensure Be Luxe delivers all content and maximises BA engagement  
Ensure training and engagement initiatives are delivered within budget and on time 

Research and recommend new ways/improvements to delivering training and education and keep up to date with latest trends in education  

Analyse the need for trainings to be adapted/changed or new modules created based on the needs of the business 
Manage and track the BA journey in Be Luxe, including all trainings, inductions and engagement  

Manage and execute BA onboarding induction and seasonal education programmes 

Develop Digital, online and social education strategy, leading the digital engagement with managing the Be Luxe One Retail channel, along with any digital tools and apps 

Through in store visits provide detailed feedback to Be Luxe Retail Director on what’s working and what’s not working 

Be a One Luxe ambassador and advocate of change and agility  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications 

Previous sales and team management experience, ideally within beauty industry  

Previous training and education experience, ideally within the beauty industry  

Exceptional training and coaching skills   

Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques, customer service and proven ability to drive results
