Title: Assistant Manager - Data Strategy & Activation Team

Department: Data Driven Marketing (CDMO)

Location: New York City

Job Summary:  This role sits within the Corporate Strategic Marketing organization and will drive successful execution of the L'Oréal USA (LUSA) consumer data strategy vision, which is accomplished through partnership and coordination across the Corporate team, L'Oréal portfolio of brands, Digital IT, and outside agency partners.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Develop business friendly content on LUSA Data Driven Marketing (DDM) technology capabilities and use cases
  • Project manage pilot use cases
  • Collaborate with brands on loyalty program initiatives
  • Create and maintain playbooks
  • Deliver program plan for DDM communications across stakeholders
  • Ensure upskilling and training content is disseminated effectively
  • Keep DDM activation handbook updated with use cases and process flows
  • Facilitate workshops and training programs
  • Assist with monthly reporting
  • Manage Purchase Orders and vendor creation
  • Coordinate team meetings and off sites 

Required Experience:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in beauty, retail and/or consumer products preferred
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint required
  • Experience with Mail Chimp or similar email delivery product
  • Candidate must have strong written communication skills with ability to multi-task cross-functionally and with multiple partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact and present to various levels of the organization
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative and energetic.
  • Outstanding organization skills and problem-solving ability
