KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Maintain and improve market image of the brand
• Develop and secure new business opportunities for the brand
• Initiate salon promotions and monitor sell-in and sell-through
• Ensure that clients receive all related brand communications
• Problem solving and general public relations for your brand
• Manage route effectively, prioritise workload, sales objectives and targets
• Manage all sales related administrations
• Meet sales objectives and targets

TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• “Metier” expertise (Hair)
• Good brand and product knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of business environment and culture

• Good negotiator with sound communication skills (written & verbal), coupled with ability to interact with people at all levels

EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• Matric
• Computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record in sales
• Relevant working experience in large organization or part of independent team
• Minimum of 5 years working with professional hair products (education and/or sales)
• Minimum of 3 years working experience with professional hair colour (education and/or sales)
• Valid Driver’s License
