Analyst – Customer Service

Providing the highest level of service to our retailers is essential to the success of L’Oreal.  The Retailer Expert role position is responsible for efficiently managing the order process from receipt thru shipment. A continuous improvement mindset will identify inefficiencies and implement solutions thru analysis.  The Expert will independently manage their retailer(s) while understanding the impact their role has on the E2E Supply Chain.

You Will…

  • Build a robust relationship with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other L’Oreal supply chain and operations functions
  • Gain an in depth knowledge of the retailer and their supply chain requirements/network
  • Have ownership of identifying and proposing solutions to issues that may arise during the order process
  • Identify efficiencies and new ways of working

You Must Have…

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business or other related functions
  • Experience within a fast moving consumer goods organization
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with large data sets
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and continuous improvement; ability to use data to drive results
  • Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment where communication and organizational skills are a must
  • Authorization to work in the US on a long-term basis without requiring assistance
  • SAP, FMCG, Data Management
