L’Oréal CPD is looking for a Key Account Manager to join the E-Commerce team and help shaping the future of the Beauty shopping experience in the fastest growing retail channel.

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce CPD, she/he will be responsible for building a solid business relationship with Amazon and developing a sustainable long-term growth strategy for the consumer Beauty portfolio on the #1 E-Commerce platform.

Activities & Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual negotiations with Amazon and build a Joint Business Plan
  • Achieve volumes, profit and share objectives through the development and execution of the customer Business Plan and category growth strategies
  • Engage and influence multifunctional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain) to drive the execution of the business strategy
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to improve performance
  • Liaise with international E-Commerce teams to share best practices

Skills & Competences:

  • 2-3 years of experience within the Sales and E-Commerce business
  • Outstanding analytical skills and experience in planning and forecasting
  • Goal-oriented, with good communication skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Attention to details and ability to deal with complex projects
  • Fluent in English
  • Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
