By joining the Supply Chain teams, you will deep dive in Operations, whose métiers contribute to the growth of L'Oréal, from product development, sourcing, production to the distribution of all the Group's products. As an ally of the brands, Operations always develops and seeks the most agile, innovative, efficient and responsible solutions to meet the specific requirements and diversity of consumers.
With distributors and consumers’ growing demands (personalization, service, management of various delivery modes, etc.), and the growth of e-commerce and freestanding stores, the supply chain has become a business driver, at the heart of the product and service offer.
With one order shipped every two seconds, the supply chain is becoming increasingly versatile and rapidly changing along with digital technology to respond to the changing market demands.
This position will allow you to develop your communication skills (specially influence); while being able to actively participate in different Order To Cash processes discussions understanding the business need with its link to the technical solutions we are implementing with NEO. You will also have the opportunity to live/learn Project Methodologies and Ways of Working in the most important GLOBAL Project L’Oréal is implementing.
On this apprenticeship, here are some examples of missions you will have to perform:
- Be the owner of the Release Process to the live Entities leading the process within the O2C Tribe to assure the link of the solution given to the End Users with its proper documentation (training material) for an easy usage (retrofit process).
- Business coordination within the tribe to coordinate and lead the XSquads requirements.
