A Day in the Life

As an HR Project Developer, reporting directly to the Country HR Director in Milan, you will be a key player in driving impactful HR initiatives across the organization. You'll work closely with all HR teams: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Division Directors, and so on to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and create innovative solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to L'Oréal's HR strategy in Italy, showcasing your entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful implementation and evaluation.

  • Project Development & Execution: You will design, plan, and execute HR projects, ensuring alignment with overall HR strategy and business objectives. This includes developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement in existing HR processes, utilizing process mapping and creative thinking to develop and implement more efficient and effective solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across different HR teams and levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in for project initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: You will track project progress, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
