A Day in the Life
As the Plant Performance Manager, you’ll report directly to Cairo Plant Director and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and embedding Manufacturing Excellence practices. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Production, Finance, and all other plant functions to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lean Management: Implement lean methodologies to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
- Industrial Engineering: Analyze and improve workflows, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Asset Sizing: Evaluate and optimize asset utilization to meet production demands.
- Activation Excellence: Lead initiatives to enhance operational activation and execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Manufacturing Excellence: Champion best practices in manufacturing, ensuring alignment with global standards and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold an Engineering degree and are certified in Six Sigma.
- Are fluent in English and Arabic.
- Have expertise in Lean Management, Industrial Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
- Are specialized in Manufacturing Excellence and have a proven track record of implementing best practices.
- Are a natural problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
- Excel in cross-functional collaboration and have a passion for driving results.
