A Day in the Life
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for Denmark, while contributing to the Nordic Excellence Service Function. You will be a key player in managing all aspects of payroll and HR administration, working closely with our payroll team and external payroll provider.
As part of our driven and collaborative international HR team, reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Payroll Operations: Manage the full outsourced payroll process, from employee data entry and updates in SuccessFactors and HRx to delivering final payroll input to our external provider.
- Employee Support & Compliance: Respond to daily HR and payroll inquiries from employees while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax and legal regulations.
- HR Administration: Support employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, benefits, and data management, and provide assistance to HR Managers.
- Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and submit monthly reports to our pension broker, maintain accurate employee records, and generate reports or perform data analysis as required.
- Administrative Tasks: Create purchase orders (POs), process invoices using MyMarket and SAP, and undertake various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
We Are Looking For
- You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience in Payroll or HR administration and experience with SuccessFactors (a plus).
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with exceptional accuracy.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can deliver results under pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, along with strong Excel skills.
- Are fluent in Danish (a plus) and English, which is required for daily communication and reporting.
- Can maintain strict confidentiality and have accounting experience (an advantage).
