Your Mission – Drive Nordic Sourcing Excellence:
As the Sourcing Buyer of Business Services in the Nordic team, you are a a key player in driving value creation and innovation – you are the bridge between our brands and our suppliers, translating business needs into tangible sourcing strategies and fostering strong, collaborative relationships. Working within the following goods and services – Corporate Travel, Car Fleet, Temporary Labor, Transport, Corporate Events and Venues, Professional Services, Facility Services – you mission will encompass:
Nordic Focus: You will identify and nurture relationships with key Nordic suppliers, fostering a collaborative network that supports regional growth by leveraging your understanding of the Nordic market alongside adaptation of global sourcing strategies to resonate with local nuances and cultural sensitivities.
Sustainable Partnerships: Embrace L’Oréal’s sustainability commitments by prioritizing responsible sourcing practices. Identify and collaborate with suppliers who align with our “L’Oréal for the Future” program, focusing on environmental and social responsibility within the Nordic context.
Agile Transformation: Navigate the ever-evolving business landscape with agility, supporting L’Oréal’s transformation through proactive sourcing strategies. Embrace digital tools and innovative solutions to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
