KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Anticipate capabilities for the future and translate into core competencies the business model and the specific expertise, culture of the divisions/brands/Métiers 
  • Define, implement and evaluate Learning vision/policy in line with HR group mission and objectives 
  • Accompany management to implement change 
  • Design and deliver strategic/high quality learning solutions in selecting the best providers/speakers/schools and adapting the program to the L’Oréal context and culture 
  • Deliver the learning development plan for key talents & executives 
  • Monitor the roll-out of the worldwide offer - Animate and professionalize the learning team 
  • Ensure efficiency of learning organization and resources (team, budget …) 
  • Develop internal and external Learning notoriety (labels, employer branding, certification …)
