Job Title: Digital Contents Specialist - L'Oréal Professionnel / Professional Products Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Develop brand’s image in line with its DNA & objectives through innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience on all touch points: campaigns, CRM and services or commerce programs. This role requires a keen understanding of digital trends, social media dynamics, and pop culture to create highly engaging and relevant content.

 

1. Provide Innovative & Meaningful Content

  • Develop an important volume and diversity of content and services in line with the global brand strategy and consumer insights to diffuse real time brand stories
  • Create, develop and manage content for brand’s online & offline presence (Online: E-Commerce(work scope wgt 80%) / Offline: salons(wgt20%) to reinforce brand visibility, in line with international guidelines
  • Create relevant E-Contents(PDP, digital banners, media creatives) in order to align with brand image and tone & manner. 
  • Product information upload in back-office to each e-Com platforms & maintenance. Ecommerce in-store operation.
  • Copy-edit and proofread all web content
  • Plan and execute content-driven events or activations to enhance brand engagement.


2. Manage and plan the need for content

  • Use keyword research, website data, business priorities and industry topics to formulate a content plan, in partnership with campaign owners
  • Select and manage the proper creative external agencies and technical partners
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with external partners, including influencers, agencies, professional designers/artists/educators.
  • Ensure online-based information’s archiving for future needs and reference

3. Enhance and Monitor the Brand’s visibility

  • Act as an in-house content expert who can advise internal stakeholders in online content
  • Watch for, identify and curate existing relevant content in line with the brand sense of purpose
  • Create compelling and engaging brand digital content which will attract viewers as well as amplification and interaction through social sharing


WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • University graduate
    • 3-5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in content management.
    • Strong background in PR or Digital Marketing.
    • Experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred.
    • Preferred working experience in the luxury goods industry.
    • Preferred working experience in an advertising agency specialized in design & artwork.
    • Preferred working experience in developing content planning further to UX.
    • Highly Social Media Savvy with a deep understanding of current platforms, trends, and engagement strategies.
    • A true Pop-Culture aficionado with a keen eye for relevant cultural insights and trends.
    • Demonstrated experience in running events or activations.
    • Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with various external partners (e.g., Influencers, Agencies, Professional Designers/Artists/Educators).
    • Proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop for design, with light design capabilities being a plus.
    • Intermediate level of English.
