  • Plan annualKPI(beneficiaries)according to thebudgets
  • Organizeworkshops at high school,universityandcooperationfor bothprograms. Networkand outreachtoorganizations.
  • Manage planningand executionof the workshop with school and corporations. 
  • SupportNPOfor facilitator training, workshops,theirrequests, create communication materials,toolsand goods.
  • Managecommunicationfor digital training,brand causeand workshops. Organize and managesponsorships, school festivals related to the cause for awareness (ex.mentalhealth day)
  • ManageproductdonationanddeliveryforNPOs,sponsorship and workshops.
  • Collaborate withNPOstoestablishcredibilityof the program,establishingrelationshipswith governmentalbodies and public sectors, domain of education, medical and gender and its stakeholdersand KOL.
  • Update brand cause websitesaccordingly
  • Work withDMIon global campaigns and tools. localize and adoptthe globalmaterials.(Englishrequired)
  • Manage PR for brand cause with corporatecommunicationand corporateresponsibility.
  • Executebi-annually reporting(Jun and Dec), monthlyKPIupdatesand annual donationstototalof 3NPOs.
  • Plan internal engagement for both causes
  • Website renewal(brand cause)

Internal communication 

  • Plan, draft, design, upload and delivernewslettercollaborating withmancomteam, including team interviews,draft executivemessages,monthly to bi-monthly working withDGMclosely. (Englishrequired)
  • Plan and organize team events and meetings work cross-functionally
  • Manageteamschannelfor uploading newsletters.
  • Organize survey for feedback
  • Renewing productsandprints around the office→ PR assistant task 

Corporate communication 

  • Organize interviews and event appearance ofCPDteammembers, work closely with CAEand media 
  • Handle internal and external inquiries on non-product related matters. 

QUALIFICATION

  • Language: business level of English and Japanese are required.
  • No prior experience in CSRrequired; we welcome candidates who are passionate about social responsibility
  • Demonstrated emotional maturity with the ability to handle sensitive topics such as mental health with the utmost care, discretion, and professionalism
  • Highlyproactivewith a strong drive toidentifyand expand into new areas ofCSRorinternal / corporate communicationactivity and opportunity
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills;previousexperience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications isadvantageous
