L'Oréal, a global beauty-tech leader, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planner to join our dynamic operation team in Consumer Products Division. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of our mass-market products across CZ/HU/SK region.

Your role

As a Demand Planner you will:

• Ensure sales forecast accuracy and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process
• Bate in the improvement of the sales forecast practices
• Represe responsible for catalog management and contribute to its rationalization
• Manage the sales forecasts' quality
• Manage monthly sales forecast process
• Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launch sales forecasts projected by the Sal Marketing teams
• Ensure sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend, and the sales history
• Participent Supply chain in the division

Your profile

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, planning, or an analytical role, demonstrating a successful track record.
• Strong analytical abilities and business acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and cross-functional partnerships.
