A Day in the Life


As an e-Key Account Manager reporting to the e-Commerce Leader, you will be a key player in driving the growth of L'Oréal Consumer Products in Peru's dynamic digital landscape. You'll work closely with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, collaborating on strategies to expand our presence and maximize sales within the e-commerce and broader digital ecosystem. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of beauty in Peru, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement commercial strategies with key e-commerce partners, focusing on sustainable growth and maximizing ROI. You will be responsible for managing and expanding commercial relationships, driving digital transformation within the Peruvian market.
  • Campaign Execution: Map and execute promotional activities in collaboration with the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, ensuring seamless integration across channels. You will lead the execution of multi-category omnichannel campaigns.
  • Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. You will organize periodic meetings with clients to ensure compliance with sales projections and market share.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage the investment budget and resources for monthly e-commerce activations, ensuring optimal allocation and maximizing return on investment. You will provide consulting and support to brands regarding e-Commerce activation plans and challenge the teams to have investments that generate a return (ROI).


We Are Looking For


The ideal candidate is a highly driven and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in e-commerce and digital marketing. You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about building lasting relationships. Your skills include:

  • Business Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Budget Management: Proven experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
  • Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and partnerships.
  • Social Commerce Activation: Deep understanding of social commerce strategies and best practices.
  • (Joint) Business Plan Design: Ability to develop and implement effective joint business plans.


What You'll Bring

  • Professional in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial areas, ideally focused on client management, negotiations, and knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
  • Ideally, experience and/or knowledge in e-Commerce, digital media, and/or Retail media.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Advanced handling of the Office package.
