A Day in the Life

As a Virtual Medical Representative, you will be a key driver of our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division's success. Based in Jakarta, you will virtually engage with healthcare professionals to build strong partnerships and promote our portfolio of life-changing dermatological solutions.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Drive Sales: Achieve sales targets by managing and growing your portfolio of healthcare professional accounts through virtual calls, video meetings, and digital communication.
• Build Relationships: Establish and nurture lasting relationships with dermatologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists, becoming their trusted L'Oréal partner.
• Educate and Inform: Conduct compelling virtual presentations and share targeted broadcast messages to educate medical experts on the science and benefits of our products.
• Execute Strategy: Implement the medical visit plan through digital channels, ensuring excellent reach and impact to drive brand recommendations.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a results-oriented and digitally adept individual with a strong scientific aptitude. An ideal candidate for this role has:

• An educational background in Pharmacy or a related Science field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Medical Representative, especially with virtual or digital engagement in the pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders virtually.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to manage accounts and close sales.
• The ability to work independently and is highly organised to manage a territory remotely from a home base in Jakarta.
