Job Title: NAFS Transformation Lead, North America Fulfillment Services

Role Overview:
The NAFS Transformation Lead will be a pivotal leader responsible for spearheading the end-to-end transformation of L'Oréal's North America Fulfillment Services. This is a critical, high-impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership, designed for a visionary and results-driven leader capable of re-imagining and building the future of our supply chain and logistics operations. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire and lead significant organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
As the NAFS Transformation Lead, you will:
- Network Design & Optimization: Lead the comprehensive design and ongoing optimization of our fulfillment and transportation network across the US and Canada, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and strategic alignment.
- Smart Fulfillment & Automation: Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for advanced automation within our fulfillment centers, collaborating closely with our NOE team in Paris to appropriately implement cutting-edge robotics and AI solutions.
- NEO Remediation Leadership: Oversee and lead all North America Fulfillment Services' critical NEO (SAP S4 Hana) remediation efforts, ensuring seamless preparation, testing, risk mitigation and change management for the new SAP S4 Hana ERP implementation.
- Strategic Project Management: Own and execute all other strategic projects and programs critical to transforming and elevating our NAFS community, ensuring they deliver significant operational and financial impact. Examples would include Saloncentric Distritech projects specific to Physical Distribution, WMS and ERP strategic improvement projects and Traceability program implementation (working together with Operational Excellence team).

What We Are Looking For:
- BA degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading/managing a team
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical/data analysis skills
- Strategic Planning/implementation/analytical and problem solving skills
- Influencing skills at senior management level
- Proficient knowledge of demand planning and supply planning systems/tools
- Proven capacity of bringing new ideas and mobilize teams to improve their practices
- Able to manage indirect and functional relationships
- Presentation skills, ability to analyze and succinctly present data to various functions within the organization (operations and business).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
