What you will do:
- Partner with our Global Adobe Workfront team and implementation partner to review the global solution.
- Workfront Implementation & Customization: Lead the technical implementation and customization of Workfront, configuring workflows, custom fields, reports, and integrations with other systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members working with Workfront, fostering best practices and skill development.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications for Workfront implementations.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Design and architect Workfront solutions that align with business needs, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Workfront implementations.
- Training & Support: Create and deliver training programs for end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize Workfront. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- System Administration: Manage the Workfront environment, including user access, security protocols, system performance monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Workfront with other critical systems, such as Digital PIM, DAM and gen AI tools.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and streamline business processes using Workfront, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Adobe and other Workfront service providers, ensuring optimal service levels and contract compliance.
- Documentation: Meticulously maintain comprehensive documentation of Workfront configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference and knowledge transfer.
- Stay Current: Continuously stay abreast of the latest Workfront features, updates, and best practices, proactively recommending and implementing improvements.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical coordinator capacity
- 3+ years of hands-on experience preferred with content management or workflow systems with a preferred experience on Adobe Workfront as applicable, focusing on technical implementation, administration, and customization.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and successfully delivering complex technical projects.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and API utilization.
- Experience with other marketing technologies (e.g., , Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a strong plus.
- Adobe Workfront certifications are desirable.
