A Day in the Life
As the Trade Marketing Leader, you will be the strategic link between our brand ambitions and in-store execution for the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division. You will lead the translation of marketing strategies into powerful commercial plans that drive growth and win with shoppers across all channels.
- Own the commercial translation of brand and category strategy into channel priorities within the strategic guardrails defined by Brand and Category.
- Lead Activation Excellence: You will shape the trade and investment frameworks, guide activation priorities, and lead the execution of our national action plans to maximize impact.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Acting as the key interface between Marketing, Sales, and Finance, you will unite all stakeholders around a single commercial vision and ensure strategic coherence.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: You will constantly analyze the market to identify strategic risks and opportunities, making clear commercial trade-offs to drive profitable growth for our iconic brands.

- You have a solid foundation in translating brand and category strategies into effective channel-specific plans.
- Your strong Commercial & Business Acumen allows you to guide investment priorities and make data-driven decisions.
- You excel at Stakeholder Management, building alignment across diverse teams like Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- You have demonstrated experience in Category & Brand Management within a dynamic retail environment.
- Your approach is rooted in Strategic Planning and a drive for Retail Excellence.
