Who am I?
 
As Supply and Subcontracting Planner, you are a pivotal orchestrator within our supply chain, ensuring the seamless availability of both nationally produced and co-packed products for your key brands. You drive the smooth execution of the Supply planning process, anticipating risks, optimizing costs, and improving stock quality.

This role demands collaboration with various teams from the business, supply chain and S&OP teams to meet with market demands, achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. 

This requires a highly organized, structured, and hands-on approach, coupled with comprehensive supply chain expertise and a collaborative mindset. You are an agile and strategic thinker, comfortable analyzing complex situations, challenging established processes, and driving continuous improvement.

 

 

My responsibilities:

  • Build the Supply plan based on the validated sales forecasts, including the co-packing plan, the stocks and supply/ procurement parameters. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and take proactive measures to mitigate potential Risks on Out of Stocks or Excess. 
  • Manage stock levels (all incl co-packed goods), health of the stocks (Excess & Obsoletes) and anticipate expiries in accordance with the objectives of the country, animate, alert and follow-up of action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with your stakeholders form the business, supply chain team, copacker, IDC/S&OP teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product availability.
  • Manage Co-packing: Oversee all co-packing activities, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery.
  • Manage the replenishment process through the evaluation of the shortage risks, proactively alerting the S&OP/IDC teams on priorities and challenge on MADs.
  • Determine the stock and supply parameters according to the strategic objectives of the business aiming for the targeted/budgeted Service level, costs and global stock.
  • Optimize Performance: Identify and implement process improvement to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Your profile

To maintain our top position in the market, we are looking for an ambitious person, with strong convictions and beliefs. We seek a candidate who is cooperative, agile, strategic, and analytical, with a proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

And you have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices, with demonstrated expertise in SAP.

 

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Master degree; preferably towards Supply Chain;
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment;
  • Proven affinity with the field 'Supply Chain'; preferably experience within FMCG
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • High knowledge of Excel and excellent analytical.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Stress resistant and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
