As a Supply Planner for L’Oréal Professional Products, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet customer needs. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and drive efficiency.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Demand Planning: Analyze sales forecasts and market trends to ensure accurate supply planning.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
• Data Analysis: Use tools like SAP to analyze data, identify trends, and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Address supply chain challenges proactively and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations.

We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Are proficient in Spanish and English.
• Have experience with SAP and/or hold an APICS certification.
• Excel in data analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder management.
• Are a natural problem solver with a passion for optimizing processes.
