THE MISSION: WHAT AWAITS YOU?

As an Intern in Supply Chain, you will aim to support the Operations team by ensuring that Demand&Supply flows are properly managed.

Examples of key activities:

• Operatively manage the procurement of the reference catalog according to the reference frequency, and in compliance with stock targets, Service Rate, compliance with delivery dates;
• Manage and optimize stock levels and values, through proper management and sizing of stock parameters;
• Catalog management, with proposal for optimization of the number of SKUs in accordance with the Demand Planner of the relevant Brand;
• Be the point of contact within the Division for communications regarding stock/product availability and related KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis;
• Monitor incoming shipments from international headquarters, checking the consistency of what is procured against what is planned and inferring consequences for the business;
• Contribute to the optimization process to the procurement and tool processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in engineering or similar;
• Excellent analytical skills and computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint);
• An entrepreneurial approach and the energy to carry out projects with agility, achieving challenging business objectives; 
• An international mind-set and excellent knowledge of English and Italian; 
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, willingness to learn and grow.
