A Day in the Life
As a Store Manager for Lancôme at Myer Sydney City, you will lead, coach, and empower a team to achieve sales excellence, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure efficient store operations through positive and collaborative leadership.
- Lead Sales Performance:
- Define store sales goals and set individual objectives for the team.
- Coach and lead Beauty Advisors to achieve their sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs and provide qualitative feedback to Retail Management.
- Lead Store Operations:
- Control budgets and expenses while optimizing costs.
- Master and maintain essential store tools and beauty tech tools.
- Oversee inventory management to prevent shortages or loss.
- Build Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with department store floor managers.
We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in beauty management, preferably with a three-axis beauty brand (fragrance, skincare, and makeup).
- A deep understanding of current makeup and cosmetic trends, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
- Demonstrated experience in makeup or skincare retail, with a strong understanding of customer service excellence.
- Makeup certification/diploma or equivalent experience in professional makeovers.
- Proven ability to strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
