YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Belgrade team, having the chance to work with colleagues from the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Social & Community Manager requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Owning and creating the Influencer (Advocacy) brand/category strategy on yearly/monthly level within hair portfolio.
- Maintaining daily communication with Influencer agency regarding all daily tasks and topics (new influencers proposals, budget spend, campaigns, content approval, PR seedings).
- Owning the influencers relationship: final selection, screening process, contract, content plan & briefing on campaigns, with the influencer agency.
- Creating and executing Influencer calendars in line with brand priorities (cross collaboration with Product managers) and for cross-category and e-commerce projects.
- Participating in the content development for Paid posts according to social media trends: competition & trending topics.
- Following advocacy budget and suggesting updates accordingly.
- Following and implementing new trends in influencer marketing, on different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.).
- Being a key contact for Community management / Tone of voice guidelines with the Consumer Care team.
- Driving the PR Tribe according to the brand strategy and priorities, recommended PR plan and influencer events.
- Tracking together the most important social media KPIs and sharing monthly cockpit and reports with the marketing teams.
- Monitoring closely the on-line reputation through all tools, ensuring quality in communication, anticipating risks and managing response in case of crisis.
- Being the voice of the markets to zone/DMI on social media & influencer topics.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s Degree
- Has between 2 and 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Has experience leading in creating or adapting brand communication and content
- Has experience in creating digital media campaigns (Meta, Google, TT)
- Has experience working with creative and media agencies
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has strong analytical skills, good attention to details and a consumer-centric mindset
- Is proactive, autonomous and with strong sense of responsibility
- Is highly skilled in MS Office (with focus on Excel)
- Is fluent in Serbian and English
