The Role:
As Social & Advocacy Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the influencer Marketing our brands. Through targeted cooperation with the most suitable creators, you will shape the brand and drive growth.
Your Tasks:
- Strategic Partnerships: You define the advocacy strategy of the Brands to leverage reach, engagement and mentions, identify top influencers and brand faces, building long-term relationships with them.
- Campaign Management: You plan and execute creative influencer campaigns from A to Z—ranging from always-on activities to major launches. In doing so, you manage agencies and ensure a high-conversion O+O (Online + Offline) integration.
- Performance Analysis: You analyze and evaluate the performance of our activities based on relevant KPIs. Additionally, you create insightful reports and derive strategic recommendations for action.
- Trend Scouting: You keep an eye on current social media trends and new technologies. You develop and implement an innovative influencer marketing strategy for our brand to generate sustainable growth.
- Event Management: You regularly organize digital or physical influencer events to provide exclusive insights into our product world.
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing with high affinity or experience in Social Media.
- Fluent in German and basic communication knowledges in French, excellent networking skills to interact with the influencers, and flexibility to travel
- Outstanding project management and analytical skills.
- Passion for entrepreneurial action and creativity. The ability to drive change and inspire others.
