As Senior SG&A Finance Analyst (equivalent of SG&A Controller) you will:
• Collaborate closely with senior management, providing critical financial insights and shaping strategic financial plans that fuel our growth initiatives.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing, analyzing, and sharing key reports and indicators that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. Provide insightful commentary on KPIs, trends, and variances, painting a clear picture of our financial performance.
• Identify key risks and opportunities, proactively proposing and implementing corrective actions that optimize our financial outcomes.
• Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls, guaranteeing compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies. Be a vigilant guardian against financial risks, identifying and mitigating them effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, maximizing our resources and minimizing waste.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, providing your financial expertise and supporting fact-based decision-making across the organization.
