As Senior SG&A Finance Analyst (equivalent of SG&A Controller) you will:

    Collaborate closely with senior management, providing critical financial insights and shaping strategic financial plans that fuel our growth initiatives.

    Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing, analyzing, and sharing key reports and indicators that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. Provide insightful commentary on KPIs, trends, and variances, painting a clear picture of our financial performance.

    Identify key risks and opportunities, proactively proposing and implementing corrective actions that optimize our financial outcomes.

    Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls, guaranteeing compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies. Be a vigilant guardian against financial risks, identifying and mitigating them effectively.

    Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, maximizing our resources and minimizing waste.

    Partner with cross-functional teams, providing your financial expertise and supporting fact-based decision-making across the organization.


Do you have what it takes to be a Senior SG&A Finance Analyst in BEST? We're looking for someone who:

    Embraces Transformation: Is a change agent with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling, eager to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

    Possesses a Solid Foundation: Holds a university degree in Finance & Accounting or/and International Business & Economics, providing the technical expertise to excel in the role.

    Technically Proficient: in Excel and Power Query; knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
