A Day in the Life
As a Senior Manager for Commercial Excellence within our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division, you will be the strategic backbone of our sales organization. You will build and sustain the infrastructure, capabilities, and processes that power our field force, ensuring our teams operate at peak performance. This role is a critical intersection of strategy, technology, and people development, directly influencing sales productivity and our route-to-market effectiveness.
In this role, you will:
- Drive Tech Enablement: Own and enhance our sales technology stack, including the Distributor Management System (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA), while championing the integration of AI tools to boost efficiency.
- Optimize Route-to-Market Strategy: Lead the RTM framework, optimize sales representative deployment, and analyze beat plans to ensure maximum coverage and productivity across all channels.
- Enhance Sales Capability: Develop and manage the Learning & Development agenda for the sales team, from new hire onboarding to institutionalizing the "Steps of the Sales Call" framework.
- Ensure Process Excellence: Standardize and enforce key field processes, monitor distributor ROI, and use data to provide actionable insights on performance through centralized dashboards.
We Are Looking For
You are a strategic thinker with a strong record in sales enablement and a knack for turning data into action. You thrive in a cross-functional environment and are adept at managing change.
- Experienced in Sales Operations: You have a solid background in frontline sales, route-to-market strategy, or sales planning, preferably in the FMCG or consumer healthcare sectors.
- Tech and Data Savvy: You are proficient with DMS, SFA, and BI tools like Power BI, with a keen interest in leveraging AI to drive sales performance.
- Analytical Problem-Solver: You possess strong analytical skills to diagnose operational challenges and design effective, data-driven solutions.
- Influential Collaborator: You excel at stakeholder management, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive commercial transformation.
- Process-Oriented Leader: You have proven experience in designing and implementing sales processes at scale and a strong sense of ownership to drive execution excellence.
