Key job accountabilities

To manage several categories of Cosmetic packaging components & contract manufacturing in North Asia Pacific region (based in Shanghai.)

Responsible for PM + CM sourcing of new launch, support and ensure launch to be on time with the right cost & quality.

Responsible for driving cost saving projects to happen, collaborating with all related departments, and following, optimizing purchasing price. 

Involved in the synergy creations in the global context within zone plus with other sourcing zones such as Europe and USA.

Responsible for budget set-up, trend following and PPV controlling.

Responsible for driving end-to-end value chain optimization with commercial and technical interventions.

Responsible for all commercial aspects including purchasing assessment, negotiations, contracts and supplier relationship development.

Responsible for improving supplier performance in 5 pillars (quality, supply chain, CSR, competitiveness and innovation) by leading virtual cross-functional team

Risk Assessment capabilities to anticipate the crisis to secure business by proactively leveraging external partners and internal stakeholders

Technical & Professional competencies required

1. Minimum +5 years of sourcing/purchasing in relevant industries in famous company. Cosmetics packaging material + contract manufacturing sourcing experience will be a plus.

2. Bachelor’s degree from prestigious university is required. Preferred fields go like Supply Chain, Business, Finance Engineering or Economics.

3.  Have a big picture view, extroverted with passion, problem solver, good team player with strong influencing skills, excellent interpersonal communications in English, Korean speaking is a plus

4. Self-motivated attitude towards professionalism and capable to manage complexities.

5. Can-do attitude with positive mindsets, result-driven, adapted with diversified working conditions
