Key Accountabilities: 

  • Help create and ensure the prompt availability of innovative new products and work on product communications
  • Propose and enhance technologies produced by development laboratories; ensure ties with product positioning in line with marketing policy, working with relevant contacts involved in product communications
  • Help implement initiatives needed to ensure compliance of data on product safety and performance
  • Ensure compliance with brand technical issues in relation with the laboratory head 
  • Ensure the relevance and conformity of product communications on scientific, technical and regulatory matters in line with L’Oréal positions and procedures 
  • Provide updates for marketing with regard to product pitches 
  • Contribute to ensuring the laboratory meets its deadlines
