A Day in the Life
As our Retail & Education Manager, you will be the face of L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in the western suburbs of Melbourne. This field-based role is your chance to own your territory, build powerful relationships with our pharmacy partners, and drive both sales performance and brand advocacy.
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategic business plans with your pharmacy accounts to achieve sales targets and grow market share for brands like La Roche-Posay and CeraVe.
- Educate & Inspire: Deliver best-in-class product and brand training to pharmacy staff, transforming them into confident brand ambassadors who can provide expert advice to consumers.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Act as the key contact for your accounts, fostering trust and collaboration to ensure our brands are front-of-mind and flawlessly executed in-store.
- Analyze & Strategize: Monitor retail performance, identify local trends, and use these insights to adapt your strategy and unlock new growth opportunities.
We Are Looking For
You are a perfect fit for this role if you are a self-starter with a dual talent for both selling and educating. You thrive on building relationships and are driven to see your partners succeed. We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the pharmacy or beauty sector.
- A flair for education and training, with the ability to simplify complex information and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and an analytical mindset.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work autonomously to achieve results.
