Key Responsibilities:
- Retailer Partnership & Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with beauty advisors and store managers across Finland. Provide continuous coaching, training, and mentorship, focusing on advanced skincare knowledge, personalized consultation techniques, and effective sales strategies for discerning skincare enthusiasts.
- Crafting Exquisite Consumer Experiences: Inspire beauty advisors to elevate the consumer experience through personalized skincare consultations. Guide them in understanding skin concerns, recommending tailored routines, and matching products to individual preferences, thereby cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Driving Sales Performance: Collaborate closely with store management and L'Oréal Luxe brand teams to achieve and surpass skincare sales targets. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and meticulously track the impact of your coaching initiatives on overall performance.
- Event Design & Execution: Conceptualize and execute captivating in-store events, including skincare masterclasses, product launch activations, and individual consultations, showcasing L'Oréal Luxe's prestigious skincare collections. Create immersive environments that spark interest and drive consumer engagement, analyzing results to optimize future activations.
- Curriculum Integration & Digital Adoption: Seamlessly integrate L'Oréal Luxe's skincare training curriculum and champion the adoption of our digital training platforms among retail beauty advisors. Ensure consistent delivery of brand messaging and expert consultation techniques across all consumer touchpoints.
- Skincare Expertise & Beauty Technology: Remain at the forefront of skincare trends, ingredient knowledge, dermatological advancements, and industry best practices, including beauty technology. Share your passion and expertise with beauty advisors, keeping them inspired and informed about the ever-evolving world of skincare.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Partner closely with Nordic Category & Brand Leads for Skincare, the Retail Education team, and the local Finnish Sales Field team. Ensure seamless alignment, maximize the impact of training and education initiatives, provide insightful reports on key performance indicators, and offer strategic recommendations.
Your Profile:
- Skincare Expertise: Extensive experience within the beauty industry with a profound understanding of skin physiology, common skin concerns, active ingredients, and product formulations. Proven ability to articulate skincare benefits and guide consumers through personalized routines.
- Coaching & Mentoring Prowess: Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and inspire individuals to elevate their skills and achieve peak performance. A genuine passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Consumer-Centric Approach: A true passion for creating exceptional consumer experiences and building lasting relationships. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals on a personal level.
- Exceptional Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate audiences and convey complex information in an engaging and accessible manner (both in-person and through digital content creation).
