A Day in the Life
As our Retail Design Project Manager, you will be the guardian of our Luxe brands' physical expression across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Reporting to the Retail Design Manager in Prague, your primary mission is to define, adapt, and drive the visual merchandising strategy for all brands within our Luxury division. You will masterfully translate guidelines from the Zone and apply them locally with high precision, ensuring every point of sale delivers an unparalleled luxury experience.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Drive VM & Visual Strategy: Act as the primary driver of the visual and merchandising strategy across all Luxe brands. You will precisely interpret and adapt global/Zone guidelines and apply them locally to our markets.
- Master Offline Visibility: Maintain a flawless overview of offline visibility across all our points of sale. You will deeply understand the differences between store categories, as well as the unique guidelines and commercial possibilities of individual retail clients.
- Manage International Orders & Logistics: Oversee the entire cycle of international visual merchandising orders—from placing the orders and tracking delivery timelines to ensuring successful physical implementation in stores.
- Lead External & Internal Collaboration: Work in very close daily cooperation with all our external production suppliers and directly with store staff to ensure seamless execution.
- Support Creative Projects: Actively participate in creative design projects in close collaboration and synergy with the Retail Design Manager.
We Are Looking For You are a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager with a strong passion for beauty, retail aesthetics, and precision. You are excellent at multitasking and possess a deep respect for brand identity, structural quality, and flawless execution.
You’re a great match if you have:
- A Designer's Eye & Precision: A strong aesthetic sensibility, an absolute eye for detail, and a highly precise working style.
- Multi-Brand & Client Adaptability: The ability to easily navigate a multi-brand portfolio and adapt visual rules according to different store formats and retail partner constraints.
- Strong Communication & Supplier Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable acting as the main bridge between external vendors, Zone stakeholders, and local store teams.
- Digital Design Skills (A Plus): Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp) is not required, but is highly welcomed and will be a great asset.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and either Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian.
