A Day in the Life

Are you ready to be the strategic mind behind the science of beauty? Our High Flyer Internship is a 6-month program in Jakarta where you'll join our Research & Innovation team in a pivotal role. You will be the pilot navigating the complex journey from scientific concept to market-ready product, ensuring everything is seamless, safe, and compliant.

• Bridge Science and Business: You will translate complex scientific data into clear insights for our marketing and commercial teams, helping to build strong product claims and stories.
• Ensure Scientific Integrity: You will support the regulatory affairs process, ensuring our products meet all local and international standards for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate Innovation Projects: You will track the progress of new product developments, working with diverse teams to manage timelines, data, and documentation.
• Analyze and Report: You will analyze scientific literature and technical data to identify trends, assess new technologies, and contribute to the strategic direction of our innovation pipeline.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a curious and determined achiever with a strong scientific mind, ready to take on major responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You're a perfect match if you are:

• A final-year university student pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Regulatory & Scientific Affairs: A strong interest in ensuring products are safe, effective, and compliant with all regulations.
• Analytical Thinking: The ability to interpret complex scientific data and transform it into actionable insights.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate projects effectively.
