A Day in the Life
As the Regional Head of Sales for our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division in India, you will be a critical commercial leader, responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across your region. You will own the end-to-end sales strategy, from channel development and distributor management to in-store execution and team capability building. This pivotal role operates at the intersection of high-level strategy and ground-level execution, driving our market leadership ambitions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving Regional Sales Strategy: You will develop and execute the division's sales, distribution, and medical strategy to deliver on sales targets and market share objectives, while providing accurate demand forecasting.
- Mastering Route-to-Market & Distributor Management: You will lead the RTM strategy to ensure optimal channel coverage, manage key accounts and distributor networks through Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and ensure distributor health and profitability.
- Executing In-Store Excellence: You will drive flawless in-store execution, including planogram adherence, share-of-shelf optimization, and leading ROI-driven brand activations and trade marketing initiatives.
- Leading & Developing a High-Performing Team: You will recruit, coach, and develop a regional sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, and owning the complete performance management and talent development pipeline.
