About the Role:
As a Redken Educator, you will be the heart of our educational mission, responsible for crafting and delivering the most engaging and effective educational sessions for salons and stylists throughout Finland. Your core mission will be to transform Redken's innovative content, cutting-edge techniques, and brand philosophy into tangible services that drive growth and success for our salon partners. This role encompasses sharing insights on new product launches, inspiring creativity through emerging trends, and imparting technical mastery that fully aligns with Redken's brand priorities, equity, and strategic vision.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Fostering Collaboration and Building strong, collaborative relationships with our Business Partners and helping them nurture and expand their client base.
- Actively booking and training salons, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving new salons initiatively onboard to be Redken partners.
- Promoting Education, Championing and selling Redken education offers to maximize participation and impact to really help the salon business to grow.
- Motivating salons to integrate more Redken products and services into their offerings through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Sharing compelling Redken brand content across various social media platforms to engage and excite our community.
Your Key Job Accountabilities Will Include:
- Facilitating engaging training sessions in salons, at pop-up academies, and through online platforms, always adhering to our global education strategy.
- Booking and effectively selling our diverse education portfolio.
- Utilizing and promoting Redken ACCESS in sessions to increase client drive and subscriptions, capturing salon names, roles, and opt-ins for future engagement.
- Boosting product sales through impactful education, including live streams and e-eventing showcasing what's new and exciting from Redken.
- Promoting and integrating loyalty-building activities and programs (LBA) into your sessions.
What We Are Looking For:
- A licensed hairdresser with extensive experience in salon education or a similar role.
- Proven expertise with Redken products and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse audiences.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Flexibility to travel extensively within Finland for salon visits and events.
- Proficiency in both Finnish and English.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
