JOB TITLE: Quality Intern (12 Months)
A Day in the Life
As a Quality Intern, you will be an essential part of our Quality team, driving projects that enhance our operational excellence. You will take the lead in creating and managing data analytics tools, providing key insights that shape our strategies and improve performance.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain, analyze, and develop business intelligence tools (like Power BI) to track operational metrics, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve quality, developing and documenting process flows to support optimization and new work instructions.
- Collaboration: Work with teams across different sites and global departments on new developments, helping to roll out best practices for new systems and processes.
- Operational Support: Support and embrace L’Oréal's safety, quality, and environmental missions, assisting with essential quality tasks to ensure smooth operations.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking an analytical and proactive individual ready to make an impact. You are a recent graduate with a strong desire to learn and collaborate in a dynamic distribution environment. You are a great fit if you have:
- A recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (within the last 12 months), preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, Packaging, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage projects and take initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your projects.
