A Day in the Life
As a Purchase to Pay Coordinator within our LATAM Finance Shared Services team, you will hold a pivotal leadership role. You will guide a team of P2P Analysts, overseeing the entire invoice processing function to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This is a chance to drive operational excellence and streamline workflows across our business.
In this role, you will:
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Supervise, mentor, and foster the growth of P2P Analysts, managing performance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee P2P Operations: Manage the end-to-end invoice processing cycle, ensuring timeliness and adherence to key performance indicators.
- Drive Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and standardization to enhance efficiency.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for complex issues, collaborating with Procurement, Finance, and IT to find solutions and maintain strong vendor relationships.
We Are Looking For
An ideal candidate for this role is a natural leader with a strong foundation in finance and a drive for excellence. You have a proven ability to manage teams and processes, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving. We are looking for someone who can:
- Demonstrate proven experience in a P2P, accounts payable, or general accounting role.
- Showcase a solid understanding of accounting principles and controls, ideally within a shared services environment.
- Utilize their proficiency in accounting software (like SAP) and strong Excel skills.
- Communicate effectively in English, with excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Lead with confidence, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
