A Day in the Life
As our Learning & Development Manager, you will be the strategic architect of our employees' growth, reporting to the HR Director for Egypt. You will lead the learning function across all our divisions, creating impactful initiatives that build the skills needed for the future of beauty.
- Design and Drive Learning Strategy: You will develop and manage the entire learning portfolio for Egypt, identifying needs and creating targeted upskilling programs and leadership development journeys.
- Create Engaging Experiences: You will design and launch dynamic learning campaigns, leveraging various channels to drive participation and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate for Impact: Acting as a key business partner, you will work closely with leaders and HR teams across all divisions to ensure learning solutions are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable results.
- Lead and Innovate: You will stay ahead of learning trends and technologies to continuously innovate our approach, ensuring our teams have access to best-in-class development opportunities.
