6-month Internship | Start Date: September 2024 for 6 months | Paris area | Master 1 or | 1700€ monthly | 

   

 

We're looking for our next passionate People Development Intern for September 2024! 

You'll be part of the People development team and help create tools and rituals that aim to develop and empower all employees. At L'Oreal, our initiatives are adopted by our 80K employees, and the idea is to make them grow and feel constantly supported so they feel supported and become the best version of themselves by using their full potential. It's a global scope working with the international HR community around the world. At L'Oréal, HR functions are seen as an incubator of talent where we find, recruit, and develop brilliant minds around the world.   

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES:  

 

  • - Contribute and coordinate from concept to delivery of People Development related campaigns launched globally (such as Connect conversations campaigns) 

 

  • - Create communication assets (e.g. newsletters, content on internal websites, videos, banners etc.) and learning materials (One pagers, guides, training slides etc.) used to promote and accompany employees and HR on people development topics (such as self-awareness tools, skills, onboarding ( FIT), mentoring, coaching.  

 

  • - Liaise with external stakeholders (communication agencies) and internal stakeholders (HR in the zones and countries, corporate communication teams, and across functions) to coordinate and support the activation of people development initiatives. 

  

  • - Curate learning content on our internal learning platform so employees can benefit from a wide range of learning resources to support their development. The Intern will be certified with back-office administration of our learning platform. 

  

  • - Follow-up on KPIs using dashboards and data to measure the impact of the campaigns and initiatives on the development of employees. 

 

YOU ARE… 

  • Master's student - No margin for negotiation on this one!  

  • Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school. 

  • Fluent in Englishand French is a plus. 

  • A creative entrepreneur: courageous and adventurous. You’re not afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and to try new things. 

  • Have great communication skills with learning agility and the ability to grasp complex concepts and theories about people development, process information to then communicate it in a simple way through the campaigns and materials created. 

  • People-oriented with strong empathy.

  • Able to develop a strategic vision. 

  • Demonstrating judgment to manage the complexity of working in a matrix organization.

WHAT DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

2°/ Finally, you will get a business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview!
