Your mission

As a Nordic Management Trainee, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of L'Oréal's diverse business landscape through two intensive 9-month rotations across different business units and functions within L’Oréal Nordics, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. You'll be at the forefront of strategic projects, fostering innovation, and building a broad professional network.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Complete two intensive 9-month rotations across various business units and functions (e.g., Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, Finance, Supply Chain).
  • Lead specific projects within each rotation, supported by management and HR, with clear performance objectives.
  • Rapidly build a strong professional network within the Nordic L’Oréal organization.
  • Actively participate in the Nordic Management Trainee community, collaborating with peers and sharing insights.
  • Demonstrate proactive engagement and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive projects and contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Adapt quickly to fast-paced, diverse environments and take on challenging tasks across various functional areas.

What we are looking for

  • A recent graduate, preferably with a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Sales, Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a similar field.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, capable of adapted communication to effectively engage diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
  • Passionate about business and driven to achieve results, demonstrating a strong result-oriented mindset and activation excellence by transforming strategies into impactful actions.
  • Eager to contribute new ideas and possess creative thinking abilities, challenging the status quo to find innovative solutions.
  • Highly capable in prioritization, adept at managing tasks, and focusing on key objectives to maximize impact.
  • Natural at cooperation, thriving in team settings and fostering collective success.
  • Excelling in stakeholder management by building strong relationships and skillfully managing expectations.

We are looking for Nordic Management Trainee’s to start in either September 2026 or January 2027, please indicate what cohort you are interested in in your application. This is a permanent position from the start, rotation information like scope of role and division will be announced one months prior to starting the program. About our Nordic Management Trainee Program: This program is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of L'Oréal Nordics, exposing you to various business units and functional areas such as Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will contribute to a wide range of initiatives that span across our diverse product divisions, preparing you for an ambitious career within the Group.
