As the Nordic Demand Planner, your role is to be the overall responsible for the Nordic forecasting and a strategic effect on ensuring customer’s satisfaction and business visibility on the strategic horizon. Planning demand to support ambitious targets is at the heart of our business and critical for L’Oréal’s on-going success. The role reports to the Nordic Demand Planning Manager. 


Key Job Accountabilities: 

  • Use sell-in, stock-in-trade, and sell-out data to model future forecasts in close collaboration with Marketing and Commercial departments. 
  • Participate in and lead forecast alignment and validation meetings within your category. 
  • Present forecast figures to top management in a manner that facilitates precise and qualitative decision-making. 
  • Lead the division's efforts to plan future product launches effectively. 
  • Manage product lifecycles and support efforts to simplify the catalog. 
  • Optimize service levels and stock quality in collaboration with the Supply Planning team. 
  • Ensure the effective implementation of new forecasting tools and processes. 
  • Coordinate and align with international supply chain teams, such as S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).


Your Profile: 

  • You have a master's degree or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience in planning roles is a plus. 
  • You are IT literate with advanced Excel skills. 
  • You have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • You have excellent communication skills. 
  • You are proactive, prioritize efficiently, and demonstrate initiative. 
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to drive action. 
  • You are flexible and thrive in a dynamic and changing work environment.
