As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

 

We embrace and enhance emerging trends to create the most relevant and sustainable beauty products and experiences, making them accessible to each and everyone all around the world, thanks to the diversity of our brands and their communities.

             

Our Division has the world’s #1 beauty brand in L’Oréal Paris, the #1 makeup brand in Maybelline New York, the #1 natural brand in Garnier, as well as NYX Professional Make Up. Beyond our four iconic global brands, we have a unique brand portfolio including among others like Essie and Garnier.

EDUCATION

  • Responsible for devising and delivering the education curriculum across both NYX PMU and L’Oreal Paris Cosmetics in order to drive service and sales.
  • Responsible for supporting instore animation through creating instore plans which align with the brand marketing calendar.
  • Devising and developing education tools to support instore performance.
  • Leading the Pro Artistry team yearly training programme.
  • Planning and presenting the annual BA Conferences across both brands.
  • Direct line management and development of the Sales and Education Executive for NYX PMU.

ARTISTRY

  • Being the Makeup Artistry expert within the CPD division – supporting all departments in makeup education and product presentations.
  • Presenting at large scale retail and consumer events on behalf of both brands.
  • Advising marketing teams on product development feedback and shade consideration.

COMMUNITY

  • Leading the NYX PMU Close Friends community strategy with the support of the EMUA team. Responsible for approving content planning, developing the growth strategy and providing consistent feedback to EMUA’s on community performance.
  • Content creation for the NYX PMU Close Friends channel.
  • Participating in live shows on Instagram.
  • Attending and hosting Close Friends events IRL.
  • Working alongside the NYX PMU community team to create consumer facing Pro Artistry led eventing - Solidifying the brand artistry reputation.
