Mission: Ensures development of multichannel strategy, implementation/management of digital tools |
Main responsibilities
Defines the multichannel strategy, in line with the strategy covering detailing, relations and medical communications targeting all health professionals.
Defines the Multi-Channel Cycles Plan for each sales cycle in collaboration with sales management.
Implements and pilots digital tools (website, e-detailing and crm tools…) for the division and the brands.
Monitors and analyzes the tools’ performance
Ensures that all internal staff concerned are trained in the tools and take them onboard. Takes responsibility for competitor and digital monitoring especially regarding digital medical trends. Ensures that both internal and external ethical norms are respected concerning relations with health professionals. |
Most important qualifications, background and experience:
- At least 5 years in relevant position. Prefer candidate with Medical background
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analysis skill, good presentation, and communication skills (with internal and external partners)
- Driving attitude and demonstrates entrepreneurship.
