A Day in the Life
As a Medical Key Account Manager (MKAM) reporting to the Head of Commercial you will be a key player in driving sustainable growth for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia based out of Riyadh. You'll work closely with Medical Visit Managers and local teams, building strong relationships with key medical accounts to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, relationship building, and hands-on account management, providing significant opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and purpose-driven organization.
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to maximize sales growth with key medical accounts. Negotiate and close strategic deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic initiatives tailored to each key account. Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Market Expertise & Insights: Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand Dermo-cosmetic trends and customer needs. Leverage insights to refine account strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Medical Visit Managers, medical representatives, and local teams to ensure product availability and promotional effectiveness. Regularly communicate account performance, market trends, and potential growth areas to senior management.
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the Dermo-cosmetics market in Saudi Arabia. They are a self-starter, comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. They are also adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Account Management Expertise: Proven experience (2-3 years) in Key Account Management within the Dermo-cosmetics market.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dermo-cosmetics market in Saudi Arabia, particularly the Central Region.
- Relationship Building: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective account strategies.
- Results-Oriented: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
